Paranà, Entre Rios, Argenitna. There is a strange thing I have noticed in these kind of places: young people want to escape from them, older people are afraid to live out of there. It creates addiction. Most young guys I have met here they were trying to recover from alcohol or some kind of other drug addiction but they are now addicted to more expensive and even stronger legal drugs. They live constantly dopey.
